Halesite Stands-By at Huntington FD During Fire at Waldbaum's

The Halesite Fire Department sent one engine to Huntington Fire Department's headquarters last night to stand-by during a fire at a refrigeration unit in Waldbaum's Supermarket. The fire, which was called in around 8:40 pm, was quickly extinguished by Huntington's firefighters under the command of 1st Assistant Chief Kenny Cochrane. The fire was confined to the refrigeration unit.
