Christmas Tree Sale & More This Weekend

Dear Friends & Neighbors,
With the holidays now upon us, now is a good time to let you know what's going on at the firehouse:
ANNUAL TREE SALE
Halesite will be holding its annual sale of Christmas Trees from Friday, December 7th, through Sunday, December 9th. In addition to trees, wreaths and roping will be on sale too. There is free delivery for residents of the Halesite Fire District. In addition, the Departments Ladies Auxiliary will be selling cookies and cocoa during the Christmas Tree sale with proceeds going to the Family Service League.
TOY DRIVE
The Ladies Auxiliary is once again supporting the Family Service League and their Project T.O.Y. this holiday season. Donations of new, unwrapped childrens gifts will be collected through Monday, December 17th, at the Halesite firehouse. Donation bins are located just inside the front doors of the firehouse.
FREE PHOTO WITH SANTA
Santa will arrive early this year and be available to take pictures with local children and their families on Saturday, December 8th, from 2:00 pm 4:00 pm. Santa will sit in the very sleigh featured in the hit movie Elf! Dont miss this picture perfect opportunity.
CHILDRENS HOLIDAY PARTY
Halesite will be hosting its annual Childrens Holiday Party on Sunday, December 9th, at 11:00 am. Children from the Halesite Fire District are invited to attend along with their families. Please bring an unwrapped present for our Toy Drive. In keeping with tradition, this year's party will feature the usual array of cookies, candy and Santa. A special treat for the children this year will be entertainment from Erik's Reptile Edventures. This was a huge hit a couple of years ago.
I hope all of you will take advantage of the many Good Tidings offered this Holiday Season through Halesites volunteers.
