Ladies Auxiliary |
It is the goal of the Halesite Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary to provide aid to the Halesite Volunteer Fire Department and support our local community. The Ladies Auxiliary conducts several fundraisers throughout the year to benefit Halesite FD, provides assistance at Halesite FD open houses and support during calls that require the volunteers to be on a scene for a long period of time.
Through their fund raising efforts, volunteer communication materials and safety equipment have been purchased. The Ladies Auxiliary always welcomes new members and invites Huntington residents to their monthly meeting. This is a great way to assist the Halesite FD without having to respond to calls. New members must be 18 years of age to join, related to and/or sponsored by a current member of the auxiliary.
