SPRING to Life Blood Drive
Monday, April 14, 2025 at 3:30PM
 The Halesite Fire Department's Ladies Auxiliary will be hosting the Long Island Blood Services as blood shortages are still at critical lows. Please join us MONDAY April 14th 2025 from 3:30pm - 8:00pm, to donate blood. - All donors should park in the public lot at the rear of the firehouse. Walk-ins will be accommodated when possible. You must have your photo ID on you, and be prepared to spend about 30-45 minutes in the donation process. DONORS PRESENTING: -Must be 17 years of age or older (16 with parental consent), and weigh at least 110 pounds -Must show valid photo identification -Drink plenty of fluids before donating. Donors who only give platelets may not take aspirin, or products containing aspirin, for 48 hours prior to donating.

Mother's Day Plant & Flower Sale

 Come down to the Halesite Fire Department to support the Engine Company's annual Mother's Day Flower Sale. Wonderful flowers, flats, plants and veggies will be on sale beginning Friday May 9th at 10:00am.
This event is not just for all the Moms in our lives...Spring has Sprung and the flower sale is just in time to get your gardens ready. Not into planting? How about a hanging basket instead. For more information, please call the Halesite Fire Department at 631-427-1910. Payment accepted in the form of CASH, CHECK, CREDIT or VENMO!
