6 New Recruits Begin EMT Training

On Tuesday, November 2nd, six of Halesite Fire Department's latest members began their Basic EMT training at the East Northport Fire Department. The course will involve a combination of classroom training and hands-on skill development. It will end by May 17, 2012 with each person taking a written and practical exam.
