Early Morning MVA in Halesite

Saturday, March 17, 2012

Members of the Halesite Fire Department were called to a motor vehicle accident at 3:16 am Saturday morning, March 17th. A car traveling west on 25A lost control and rolled from Maple Hill roll over to East Main Street. A small fire was extinguished by Police prior to the fire department's arrival. No victims were found.

Halesite was called back to the scene at 5:19 am to take care a fuel spill that occurred during the tow process when the car was returned to an upright position.
