Halesite Firefighters Take the Plunge

Sunday, January 27, 2013

The Halesite Fire Department held an ice rescue drill on Sunday, January 27th, in Huntington Harbor. Members took turns putting on special Mustang survival suits and practiced rescuing victims trapped in the icy water. A total of 32 members participated in the drill off of the boat ramps on Mill Dam Road in Huntington.
