Hurricane Helene Supply Drive 10/8 & 10/9

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, many families in our Southern States are in urgent need of assistance. To support those affected, the Halesite Fire Department is organizing a Hurricane Relief Supply Drive to collect essential supplies for distribution to impacted communities.

We are asking for your generosity and support in donating any of the following items:

-New Sheets/Blankets*
-Baby Food*
-Baby Formula*
-Shampoo*
-Conditioner*
-Body Wash*
-Hand Soap*
-Deodorant*
-Toothpaste*
-Toothbrushes*
-First Aid Kits
-Medical Supplies
-Benadryl
-Non-Perishable Food
-Manual Can Openers
-Baby Diapers
-Baby Bottles
-Plastic Cups
-Plastic Cutlery
-Paper/Plastic Plates

Please drop-off to the rear of the firehouse on Tuesday October 8th and Wednesday October 9th from 12:00-8:00pm. Our members will be on hand to collect your donations. Please note that we can ONLY accept items from this list (no clothing or water bottles) and all food items must not be expired or opened.

We will make several deliveries in the coming days to Franklin North Carolina. Your donations will make a real difference in helping families recover from this disaster. Whether you can contribute supplies or help spread the word, every effort counts. Together, we can provide the hope and relief we once received ourselves following Hurricane Sandy.
