Halesite Fire Department Establishes Public Information Office

Sunday, September 26, 2010

Chief Andy Magerle recently established a Public Information Office to help consolidate and streamline communication to key audiences of the Halesite Fire Department. Led by 1st Assistant Chief Dan McConnell, this office will be responsible for the Department's communication with the public, news media, emergency officials and its own membership.

Among its many duties will be regular e-mail communication to residents who opt-in to receive updates and alerts via its website, halesitefd.org. To receive such messages, residents can enter their e-mail at the lower right of this web page and click the "GO" button nearby.
